  • A bespoke 1:1 coaching programme with Louisa for 3 months
  • Time Audit intake assessment
  • 6 x fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions with Louisa for three months (60 minutes – on zoom)
  • Recordings and a summary of each session – no need to take notes
  • An opportunity to message me with questions/challenges in between sessions
  • Weekly journaling prompts to help you reflect on your progress, manage distractions, protect boundaries and stay motivated
  • A toolbox of tools and techniques to support you on your own personal time management journey (including suggestions on meditations, books about topics we discuss in sessions, and other exercises to try)
  • Tailor-made daily schedule outlining the tasks that will help you move forward with ease with your well-being, in your business and your passion projects
  • Time management assessments half-way and at the end to measure your progress
  • Your own personal time management coach for 3 months

I’m Louisa, your Time Design Coach. Back in late 2017, I left my full time paid job and successful career in fundraising, and with it, the structure and routine. Suddenly, I had choices to make about how I spent my time, and what a ‘productive’ day now looked like.

Over the past five years, since retraining to become a personal performance coach and establishing my coaching business, I have been on a journey of self-discovery to understand how to structure my day in a way that works for me and my needs, and create a new set of boundaries to protect my time.

I’m becoming a real geek about this, have read lots of books, and learnt about how to use our time to best effect and why it can make a big difference to your day, so you don’t have to. 

This work has culminated in crafting Rebalance for busy professional women who struggle with structuring their day to include time for them as well as space for creativity, even though they left the 9-5 behind.

Can't I just do this on my own?

Of course you can!

But how long have you been trying to figure out how to spend your time more effectively, working out what are the best journals, planners and habits that will make a difference?

How many conversations have you had with your loved ones to try and fix this, but nothing has changed?

How many books have you read which have encouraged you to complete the exercises but you never quite get round to doing them because you are busy.

You’re a busy, successful woman, who is stretched in multiple directions. and I appreciate that.

If you work with me, you will have an accountability buddy who will listen to what’s going on for you without offering you any advice or judgement, and will encourage you to take realistic small steps towards helping you to create a structure and routine to your day that will leave you feeling more present, calm and more in control.

How does that sound?

How long have you already been mulling this over and trying to find a quick fix?

We will have sessions every two weeks for three months.

You will be taking action in between sessions to try out new time management activities and see which ones really make a difference to you. 

I will work with you at your pace and support you on the days when you are finding it harder to take that valuable time for you. 

At the end of the three month programme, I would love for you to come away with a realistic plan which you feel confident you can stick to, no matter how busy your day is.

Is this really going to work and make a difference?

Of course there are no guarantees but the more you put into the sessions and the work in between sessions, then the more changes you are likely to notice e.g. in terms of how focused you feel and in control of your time.

As part of the joining process, you will complete an intake questionnaire to assess how you are spending your time before we start working together.

There will be two further questionnaires (nothing too onerous, I promise) half way through and at the end of the programme, so you can reflect on your progress towards managing your time more effectively.
